As soon as possible we are looking for a:

Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)


We are seeking a communication-focussed, experienced, and highly motivated Supply Chain Manager with a strong technical background. You will stay on top of supplier coordination, manage our supplier relations and expand our supply chain network, take charge of procurement projects, help negotiate better deals and optimize our production costs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Keep an eye on ongoing procurement: Manage and keep track of resources, people and deadlines to complete production in time while maintaining the highest degree of quality.

  • Drive process adaptation and organization: Maintain order management, ensure data integrity within our ERP system, and implement scalable purchasing workflows.

  • Expand our supply chain network: Take on a leading role in identifying, approaching, evaluating and contracting new suppliers and manufacturing partners.

  • Manage existing relationships: Be the focal point of communication between external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Optimize procurement costs: Negotiate great deals, identify and implement cost optimization strategies by analyzing our BOM and supplier contracts.

Your Profile

  • Experience in procurement / production: 3+ years of professional experience in production management, supply chain management, procurement or a similar field.

  • Technically minded: Technical background in any field of mechanical and/or electrical engineering, ideally robotics.

  • Clear communication: Able to clearly explain complex situations verbally and in writing - you share information eagerly and coordinate with multiple parties with ease.

  • Languages: Full business proficiency in English, German is a plus.

  • Comfortable with a fast pace of work: Previous experience working in startups or other fast-paced environments is a plus!
