Service Technician (m/f/d) Full-time · Neufahrn near Freising

During the growth phase of our company, we are seeking reinforcement in the areas of field service, maintenance, and internal troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has a proactive and dynamic personality and feels comfortable in a constantly changing environment defined by a wide range of tasks. Many of these tasks are cyclical, so the ideal person enjoys changes in pace and wants to become an expert in every aspect of our products.


Your Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting: Electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis in-house and on-site.

  • Project Execution: Ensuring proper operation and presenting the robotic system on-site during pilot projects and demonstrations.

  • Maintenance Work: Performing scheduled and emergency maintenance on deployed systems.

  • Customer Training: Training customers on the offered products and services.

  • Commissioning: Conducting quality assurance and commissioning prior to product deliveries using checklists and system checks.

  • Feedback: Providing documented and structured feedback based on observations from troubleshooting, service activities, and pilot projects.

Your Profile

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an independent working style, combined with the ability to collaborate with other team members.

  • Practical experience in the construction industry is an advantage: you understand how construction works and how people in the industry think.

  • Strong hands-on / technical skills.

  • Open and friendly communication with customers and colleagues comes naturally to you.

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

  • Holder of a valid Class B driver’s license.

  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
