KEWAZO participated in TAR 2026 in Potsdam, a leading industry event focused on turnarounds, plant shutdowns, and industrial revisions. As part of the programme, KEWAZO joined Bilfinger for a joint presentation on how robotic material transport can improve efficiency, safety, and planning reliability during complex industrial turnaround projects.
The session, titled “Robotik im Materialtransport zur Effizienzsteigerung während Turnarounds”, explored how automation can support one of the most demanding phases in industrial operations: moving large volumes of material safely and efficiently under tight time constraints. In turnaround environments, every delay can affect the critical path, making logistics a decisive factor for project success.
During the presentation, Jonas Lerchenmüller, Senior Business Development Manager at KEWAZO, and Denis Edelhof from Bilfinger ISP Germany discussed how LIFTBOT can reduce manual material handling, limit crane dependency, and support more predictable site execution. The speakers also highlighted real project examples from BASF, ExxonMobil, and Shell Moerdijk, and the Flint Hills Resources where LIFTBOT helped teams work more flexibly in challenging industrial environments.
