We are hiring a Houston-based Marketing Director to drive pipeline growth across North America, starting as soon as possible with a:

What This Role Is About
This is a revenue-focused marketing leadership role.
You will build and execute account-based marketing strategies targeting oil, gas, and chemical asset owners and industrial contractors.
Marketing at KEWAZO is not brand-first - it is pipeline-first. All activities must contribute to tangible
revenue impact.You will work in close partnership with Sales. GTM at KEWAZO operates as one team.
Responsibilities
Account-Based Marketing & Pipeline Growth
Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts across oil, gas, and chemical
industries.Map stakeholders within asset owners and contractors and design multi-touch engagement
strategies.Collaborate closely with sales to identify high-value targets and support deal acceleration.
Design campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline contribution.
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on revenue impact.
Content & Thought Leadership
Lead creation and management of case studies, technical content, customer stories, and
thought-leadership articles.Develop video content and industrial storytelling assets.
Support or lead podcast development (industrial or turnaround-focused content).
Ensure consistent messaging across website, social media, and event materials.
Strengthen KEWAZO’s position as a leader in industrial automation and robotics.
Events & Market Presence
Plan and execute event strategy across conferences in oil, gas, and heavy industry.
Manage booth presence, content preparation, and on-site coordination.
Leverage events for account penetration and ABM alignment.
Marketing Operations
Oversee day-to-day marketing execution and operations.
Coordinate with design, external agencies, and internal teams.
Manage social media strategy and execution.
Build processes that ensure marketing supports revenue efficiently.
Your Profile
Proven experience in B2B industrial marketing, ideally within oil, gas, chemical, or heavy
industrial sectors.Strong background in account-based marketing (ABM).
Demonstrated success in pipeline-generating marketing strategies.
Experience working closely with sales teams in a revenue-driven environment.
Ability to map complex stakeholder environments and design targeted engagement
strategies.Experience in content strategy, case studies, and technical storytelling.
Event marketing experience in industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of lead generation and measurable marketing KPIs.
Experience in podcast production is a plus.
Experience in copywriting is a plus.
Experience in visual design is a plus.
Willingness to travel across North America.
Highly execution-driven and comfortable handling both strategic planning and operational
tasks.
