Kewazo is a robotics and AI company automating heavy industry. Liftbot, our lifting robot, replaces cranes and manual handling to improve safety, cut costs, and protect schedules during maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects at refineries, chemical plants, and LNG terminals. Scaffolding was our first use case; today Liftbot moves a wide range of materials at industrial sites.

About the Role
As an Account Executive, you own a portfolio of industrial accounts and are responsible for growing our business within them. You build strong relationships with clients at their sites, understand their operations, and match Liftbot to where it delivers value. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role with real ownership over your accounts and their results.
Responsibilities
· Own and grow a portfolio of accounts across refineries, chemical plants, LNG terminals, and industrial contractors
· Build and maintain strong, in-person relationships with stakeholders across a client's organization
· Understand each client's operations and priorities, and position Liftbot where it fits
· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, across long industrial buying processes
· Grow and deepen your accounts over time
· Keep the CRM current and share account information with the team
Qualifications
· 5+ years of industrial B2B sales, ideally into refineries, petrochemical plants, or industrial contractors
· A consultative approach, leading with curiosity and discovery to understand a client's problem before proposing a solution
· An existing network across North American refineries, petrochemical plants, or industrial service providers (Gulf Coast a plus)
· A track record of independent pipeline generation and closing
· Comfortable selling to both asset owners and contractors, across multiple stakeholders
· Comfortable with longer industrial sales cycles and able to keep relationships moving over time
· Enjoys being in the field and meeting clients in person
· A team player who shares information and works well within an evolving playbook
· Scaffolding, mechanical, or industrial services background a plus; a technical or engineering background a plus
Travel and Location
This is a field-based role centered on being with clients at their sites. Our primary focus is the Gulf Coast, with additional work across North America, so expect regular travel to client sites and overnight travel that picks up during turnaround and conference season. Houston is our home base and preferred location, and we are also open to candidates based near other major refining and petrochemical hubs. It is a good fit for someone who likes being in the field and values face-to-face relationships.
