This session breaks down where crane time goes on a turnaround, which lifts a robot should take over, and what that means for the critical path. Join us to dive deeper on these topics on Tuesday, 1. “CUI Cost Reduction with Robotic Material Handling: 30% Fewer Man-Hours and No Crane on the Job”

One Gulf Coast refinery runs its CUI program with roughly 30% fewer man-hours and no crane on the job. It also covers more scope with the crews it can actually staff. We walk through the numbers, including a comparable reinsulation project that ran entirely on cranes and spent $400,000 on crane cost alone. We will be running all the numbers in this session on Wednesday, 2. September 2026, at 1:15 PM.
