As soon as possible we are looking for a

Working-student position - Part-time - Garching b. München

As part of our strong four-person service team, you will work directly with the department management to further structure and expand the service department. From day one, you will be a full team member and take on important responsibilities.

Your areas of responsibility:

Strategic planning & implementation for the opening of new service locations in and outside of Europe
Preparation of reports & analysis
Structuring & digitalization of existing and new processes and data
Organizational & administrative tasks

Responsibility for own projects within the service department:

Expansion: We want to open new service locations in and outside Europe over the next months. Your task will be to support this process, especially with research work, location planning, and delivery schedules.
Reporting: Process collected data into key metrics that provide insights into the current state and progress of the department, as well as inform future decisions.
Organization: Recurring organizational tasks such as recording costs and formatting service reports.
Digitization: Extracting information from service reports and entering it into an online troubleshooting database.

Your profile:

You are studying management, engineering, business administration, economics, or comparable fields, especially with a focus on technology
You have a very organized and structured way of working
You can create structured overviews in Excel / Google Sheets with formulas and rules
You come to work motivated with the goal to give your best and learning every day
You want your work to directly contribute to the success of the team and are not afraid to take responsibility in advance
Experience in startups or technology companies is an advantage
Good technical knowledge in English
