Founders Associate (m/f/d)

Permanent position · Full-time · Garching b. München

 

We are seeking a growth-oriented and highly motivated Founder's Associate who is ready to jump into an undefined environment. You will work closely with the CEO, co-founders, and the business team. Your Role:

​

  • Work hand-in-hand with the CEO and management team: Extend the business side of the founding team by taking ownership and supporting the founders and management in all areas: Business Development, HR, Marketing, Fundraising, and Sales.

  • High-level tasks: Support KEWAZO in key challenges, including fundraising, due diligence, and business expansion into international markets.

  • Hands-on tasks: Manage practical responsibilities such as working with contracts, organizing team events, and handling HR matters with the highest level of attention.

  • Standardization: Improve internal and external processes. If you see an opportunity to implement standardised processes, seize it.

Your Profile:

​

  • Education: Master's degree in a business-related field.

  • Experience: Professional experience in a similar role in a fast-paced startup, management consulting or venture capital firm.

  • Problem Solver: You enjoy taking on challenges and finding solutions to emerging issues in any area of the business.

  • Motivation: An undefined environment and pressure rather inspire than stress you. Fires are there to be put out!

  • Digital Tools: Highly skilled in MS Office. Knowledge of Slack, Asana, Pipedrive, and MailChimp is a strong plus.

  • Communication: You are fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a strong plus.
