Service Technician (m/f/d)
 

Permanent position - full-time - Neufahrn b. Freising
 

In the growth phase of our company, we are looking for reinforcement in the areas of field service, maintenance and internal troubleshooting. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proactive and dynamic personality and be comfortable working in an ever-changing environment defined by a wide range of tasks. Many of these tasks occur in cycles, so the ideal person will welcome a change of pace and want to become an expert on all the inner workings of our products.

 

Your tasks:
 

  • Troubleshooting: Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in-house and on site.

  • Project execution: Ensuring correct operation of the robotic system on site during pilot projects and demonstrations.

  • Maintenance work: Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on deployed systems.

  • Customer training: Training customers on the products and services offered.

  • Commissioning: Performing quality assurance and commissioning prior to product deliveries using checklists & system checks.

  • Feedback: You provide documented and structured feedback on your observations during troubleshooting, service and pilot projects.

 

Your profile:

 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with other team members.

  • Practical experience in the construction industry is an advantage: you understand how construction works and how people in the construction industry think.

  • Manual dexterity Open communication with customers and colleagues is a matter of course for you.

  • High willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.

  • A class B driving license and experience in driving a van (e.g. VW Crafter).

  • Good written and spoken German and English (at least B2 in both languages).
