Team Assistant (m/f/d)

Permanent position - Full-time - Garching b. München

Your tasks:

The heart of the team: you are the first point of contact for the entire KEWAZO team
The right hand of the management: you work directly with the executives in all matters
Master of organization: you take care of documents, appointments, and other tasks
Team builder: you inspire and organize team events
Multitasking talent: you support the team in accounting, HR, marketing & sales

Your profile:

Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship in business field
Several years of experience in a comparable position/ office management is an advantage
Positive attitude and emotional intelligence
Hands-on mentality when supporting day-to-day operations
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
