Senior Sales Representative (m/f/d)


Full-time position · Houston, Texas


We are expanding our business into the US market and recently opened a new office location in Houston, TX. As we enter this new phase of growth, we are seeking a driven, experienced, and highly motivated Sales Specialist, who will lead our US sales initiatives and structure the company’s US sales strategy. Your Role:


  • Field expert: You are a doer not only a strategist. You follow a complete sales cycle, frequently getting your hands dirty and traveling on sites.

  • Explorer: You are bringing new products to new markets, testing new sales practices, and adapting to changes quickly. Dealing with rejection and uncertainty boosts your motivation instead of causing stress.

  • Sales Manager: You are guiding, organizing, and motivating sales efforts within the US. Your role involves establishing crucial sales objectives, ensuring their achievement, and evaluating KPIs. You can work completely independently and you are not afraid of responsibilities.


Your Profile:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales representative

  • Working experience in a startup is a strong plus

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field or MBA

  • Experience in a high-tech hardware/robotics company is a strong plus

  • Experience in energy and/or construction sectors is a strong plus

  • Valid US driver's license

  • Ready to frequently travel nationally

  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent working style
