Office Assistant (m/f/d)

Permanent position - Full-time / Part-time - Garching b. München

Your tasks:

  • Empower our team and leadership in every business aspect

  • Prepare and organize company documents

  • Manage meeting and travel planning

  • Organize team events

  • Support in HR / Marketing & Sales / Accounting

  • Support other day-to-day business tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training (Apprenticeship / Ausbildung) in business or in a comparable discipline

  • Several years of experience in a similar position/office administration

  • Working experience in a startup is an advantage

  • Hands-on mentality in supporting the daily business

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Proficiency in spoken and written German

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
